SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Ryan Deller, 19, of Cheswick pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 6 by state police. He was ordered to pay $338.50 in fines and court costs.

Nathan Frndak, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 17 by Saxonburg police. He was ordered to pay $388.50 in fines and court costs.

Adam Graham, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 15 by Saxonburg police.

Stanley Himelinski, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 16 by Butler County detectives.

Brittany Lander, 18, of Erie pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 17 by Saxonburg police. She was ordered to pay $388.50 in fines and court costs.

Robert Latuola, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 9 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $350 in fines and court costs.

Jason Losser, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 24 by state police.

Frank Monpere Jr., 24, of Evans City pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 15 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $348.50 in fines and court costs.

Douglas Patterson, 50, of Tarentum waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 10 by the state police auto theft unit.

Thomas Watterson, 26, of Cabot waived to court charges of escape, theft and receiving stolen property, filed by county detectives.

Timothy Wirtz, 19, of Valencia waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 4 by Middlesex Township police.

Carmine Zinno, 58, of Evans City waived to court charges of bad checks filed Dec. 27 by Penn Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Carrie Anne Birckbichler, 28, of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving without lighted headlamps, filed Dec. 28.Nathan Hinderliter, 24, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Jan. 3.Tony Hovis, 45, of Butler waived to court a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed Dec. 4.Brian Neff, 32, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed Dec. 28.Charles Planker, 26, of Emlenton waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and making an illegal left turn, filed Dec. 20.
