EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

David Wayne Eberhardt, 22, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on March 25 charged him with criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and loitering.

Randi Erin Serball, 29, of Wyalusing, Pa., waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on Feb. 13 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended registration.

Kimberly Marie Kiser, 36, of Butler had her case held to court. Evans City police on March 4 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Emily Rae Stallard, 30, of Reno waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on Feb. 27 charged her with endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession.

Leighton James Meals, 20, of Mars had his case held to court. The state police on Jan. 7 charged him with theft and disorderly conduct.

Steven Edward Charlton, 20, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Dec. 18 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Antonucci, 26, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Nov. 2 charged him with marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with suspended registration.

Thomas Eugene Wilson Jr., 47, of Prospect waived his case to court. The state police on March 28 charged him with making terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.

Theresa L. Rearick, 49, of Evans City waived her case to court. The state police on Feb. 23 charged her with criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Lisa Michelle Whisel, 25, of New Castle waived her case to court. The state police charged her on Oct. 22 with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andrew James McClellan, 29, of Oil City waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Feb. 27 charged him with endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ashlee E. Vargon, 20, of New Kensington waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on March 8 charged her with forgery, possessing an instrument of crime, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.

Robert Edward Winrick, 48, of Ambridge waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on March 8 charged him with forgery, possessing an instrument of crime, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.

Aaron James Leddon, 25, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 19 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and driving a vehicle without valid inspection or registration.

Kevin James Kaiser, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Feb. 2 charged him with making terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.

Candace L. Lefever, 50, of Butler had her case held to court. The state police on Jan. 22 charged her with theft and receiving stolen property.

Daniel Patrick McCracken, 37, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Jan. 15 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Dillon James Walker, 25, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Zelienople police on Feb. 11 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Sarah E. Thrower, 58, of Wilkes-Barre waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Nov. 14 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Robert George Hahn, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. The state police on Jan. 2 charged him with driving under the influence and careless driving.

Jacob Thomas Martin, 21, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 15 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edge Wyatt Kerry, 19, of Karns City waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 15 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license.

Daniel Boyle, 21, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Jan. 29 charged him with simple assault, harassment and driving without a license.

Ian Matthew Onufer, 28, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 4 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

James P. Thomas, 40, of Harmony waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Feb. 25 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Shawn Alan Mele, 35, of Lower Burrell waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 27 charged him with making a false report.

Thomas Kenneth Smith II, 47, of Butler waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Feb. 27 charged him with fraud, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and driving without valid inspection.

Donald Allen Camp, 22, of Solgohachia, Ariz., waived his case to court. The state police on March 7 charged him with simple assault and harassment.

Joseph Lysle Wilson, 39, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on March 19 charged him with simple assault and harassment.

Joshua Andrew Jack, 22, of Harmony waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on March 25 charged him with burglary, conspiracy, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property, loitering and driving with a suspended license.
