Nancy Louise (Thompson) Ferrari, 89, of Butler, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, June 15, 2026.

Born May 24, 1937, in Clay Township, she was the daughter of the late Carl Thompson and Helen Grossman Thompson.

Nancy graduated from West Sunbury High School in 1955 and later retired from Magnetics in East Butler. She enjoyed traveling and cherished the time she spent with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Thomas Ferrari, whom she married April 7, 1961; her granddaughter, Erin R. McCommon; and five siblings.

Nancy is survived by her children, Jack E. Ferrari and his wife, Betsy, of Butler; Dianna L. Ferrari and her partner, Carolyn, of Las Vegas, Nev.; and George T. Ferrari Jr. and his wife, Kelly, of Butler. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Nancy will be remembered for her love of family and the many cherished memories she leaves behind.

FERRARI — The family of Nancy Louise (Thompson) Ferrari, who died Monday, June 15, 2026, is planning a private celebration of life at a later date.

She will be laid to rest in West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
