Amanda Lynn Cypher, 41, of Butler, passed away Monday, May 11, 2026, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

She was born Jan. 2, 1985, in Butler, the daughter of Randy Cypher and the late Vicky (Baxter) Cypher.

She loved helping others and worked for Country Wide Homecare. Amanda loved being a mother and enjoyed family and friend gatherings. She also enjoyed the outdoors.

Surviving are her father, Randy (Linda) Cypher, of Butler; five sons, Danelle Frazier II, of Pittsburgh, David Battle, Deiontaye Battle and Da-Mari Battle, all of Pittsburgh, and Daxton Cypher, of Butler; her companion, Desmond Simmons, of Butler; and a sister, Tabitha Stevenson, of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Vicky Cypher.

CYPHER — Friends of Amanda Lynn Cypher, who died Monday, May 11, 2026, will be received from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. Monday, May 18, at YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, with Pastor David Phillips, of St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, officiating.

Private interment will be in South Cemetery.
