At least one person was transported to a hospital following a Tuesday morning, May 12, two-vehicle crash involving a school van in Center Township, according to Butler County Emergency Services dispatch.

The call came in at 7:05 a.m. near the intersection of Holyoke and West Sunbury roads. The scene was reported to be cleared around 7:30 a.m.

Butler Area School District Superintendent Brian White said there were two students and a driver on the bus. None of them were injured. The students were then picked up by another vehicle and taken to school.

The operator of the other vehicle involved in the crash requested transportation to the hospital.

Unionville Volunteer Fire Company, Butler Ambulance Service and state police responded.
