Marie L. Stevenson, 90, of Butler, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 3, 2026.

She was born June 25, 1935, in Butler, the daughter of the late Marcel Antoine Pett and Anna (Ordy) Pett.

Marie enjoyed watching Pittsburgh sports and playing bingo, but most of all, she cherished spending time with her family and bragging about her grandchildren. She was a member of All Saints Parish, St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.

Surviving are her daughters, Deborah Neupert, of Butler, Lisa (Robert) Henry, of Butler, and Melanie (Edward) Lavery, of Philipsburg; her son, Harry (Deborah Albright) Stevenson III, of Butler; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harry Herbert Stevenson Jr.; a brother and a sister.

STEVENSON — Friends of Marie L. Stevenson, who died Sunday, May 3, 2026, will be received from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m., Thursday, May 7, at YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, with her grandson, Dr. Nathan Lavery, officiating.

Private interment will be in Greenlawn Burial Estates.
