Police reports as of April 30
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
April 20 — Mark Stevenson Owens, 48, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following an April 14 traffic stop. Police said Owens had about 4.7 grams of marijuana.
April 15 — Sebastian Tyler Steighner, 24, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following an April 14 incident. Police said Steighner smashed a car window.
April 17 — Charles James White, 23, of Columbus, Ohio, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and harassment following a March 3 incident. Police said White threatened someone in a social media post.
April 15 — Delorean James Parms, 41, of Homestead, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a March 20 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Parms had about 6 grams of marijuana.
April 22 — Shawn Matthew Jackson, 39, of Oil City, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 20 traffic stop in Parker Township. Police said Jackson had suspected methamphetamine and a clear pipe with drug residue.
April 22 — Marisa Ellen Moore, 37, of Polk, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 10 traffic stop in Marion Township. Police said Moore had a blood alcohol content of 0.215%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
