Police reports as of March 31
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
March 16 — Kristen Ellen Lutzic, 51, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 5 traffic stop. Police said Lutzic had a blood alcohol content of 0.13%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 1 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 79 near mile marker 92.2 in Lancaster Township. Police said Joshua P. Wasko, 28, of Cuddy, Pa., was driving south and lost control while attempting to avoid a deer. Police said Wasko struck a guide rail and was transported to AHN Wexford with unknown injuries.
March 11 — Gregory Lynn Muller, 65, of Sarver, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a Feb. 10 crash in Clinton Township. Police said Muller had a small amount of suspected cocaine, tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.315%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 11 — Jacob Alan Daniels, 22, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a June 22 crash in Jefferson Township. Police said Daniels had a blood alcohol content of 0.165%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
March 13 — Jamaun Trevon Keon Bryant, 27, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a March 12 incident in Butler. Police said Bryant had about 14 grams of suspected crack cocaine, a small amount of marijuana and two buprenorphine packets.
March 18 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash on Grove City Road in Slippery Rock. Police said Logan C. Yenerall, 32, of Allison Park, was driving north when he crossed into the southbound lane and struck a guardrail. Police said Yenerall was transported to AHN Grove City hospital with possible injuries and would be charged with DUI.
