Police reports as of March 19

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

March 10 — Aidan Ambrose Hardisty, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a March 2 traffic stop. Police said Hardisty had cocaine, a glass smoking tube and Chore Boy.

March 10 — Aidan Ambrose Hardisty, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a Feb. 26 incident. Police said Hardisty damaged equipment at Wacky Wash car wash on South Monroe Street.

March 10 — Trenton John Tompkins, 40, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 27 traffic stop. Police said Tompkins had a glass smoking device.

March 10 — Betty Jo McGinnis, 49, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 27 traffic stop. Police said McGinnis had a glass smoking device.

March 10 — Matthew Jordan Walker, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a Feb. 23 incident. Police said Walker stole a chain saw, drill, circular saw and boxes of miscellaneous items from a shed.

State police, Butler

March 10 — Matthew John Bowser, 36, of Emlenton, was charged with misdemeanor receiving stolen property following an Aug. 11, 2024, incident in Fairview Township. Police said Bowser stole an ATV and NASCAR memorabilia.

March 10 — Richard Adam Brown, 60, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor statement under penalty following a Nov. 16 incident in Center Township. Police said Brown answered falsely on a firearms application.

March 10 — Ashton Heath Blake, 21, of Butler, was charged with felony transfer of a firearm and misdemeanor statement under penalty following a May 20, 2024, incident in Center Township. Police said Blake attempted to purchase a firearm after receiving previous criminal charges.

March 10 — James Clifford Pacey, 67, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony false written statement and misdemeanor statement under penalty following an Oct. 4 incident in Summit Township. Police said Pacey answered falsely on a firearms application.

March 11 — Edward Eugene Scott Jr., 46, of West Sunbury, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 21 incident in Butler. Police said Scott had heroin and cocaine.

March 11 — Zachary Ryan Gilbert, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a March 4 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Gilbert had ketamine, mushrooms and suspected methamphetamine.
