Police said the three drivers were traveling on I-80 when Valdivia Perez struck the rear of George’s vehicle, which caused him to strike the rear of Dompierre’s vehicle, the tractor-trailer.
George’s Ford Focus was pushed partially under the tractor-trailer and got stuck.
Police said Valdivia Perez would be cited for following too closely.
