One person was taken to a hospital Thursday night, March 19, from a vehicle crash into an electric pole and a house on Chicora Road in Summit Township.

The call came in around 8:37 p.m. to 158 Chicora Road, according to Butler County Emergency Services dispatch.

The porch of the home received minor damage, and power was temporarily out in the area. Crews were on the scene for about an hour and 15 minutes.

East Butler and Herman volunteer fire companies, Butler Bureau of Fire, East Butler EMS, state and Saxonburg police also responded.
