Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District is looking for a new school board member after a resignation Monday, March 16.

Board member Diane Page resigned from her seat at A-C Valley’s Monday board meeting.

Page is from Foxburg, Clarion County.

Potential candidates looking to fill the vacancy must be from Clarion County and live in the school district.

The district is asking anyone who is interested to send a letter of interest to the school board.

The board currently has eight other members, representing boroughs and townships in Butler, Armstrong, Clarion and Venango counties. The board meets once a month in a public setting.
