A Parker teen was taken to the hospital after his vehicle rolled over in Center Township, state police said Tuesday, March 17.

The crash occurred at 10:24 a.m. March 11 at the intersection of West Sunbury Road and Moore Road. Police said when the 17-year-old was taking a left curve during rainy conditions, the rear of his Hyundai Sonata lost traction.

The teen traveled across the road over an embankment before the vehicle overturned. He was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital by Butler Ambulance Service.

The severity of his injuries was unknown.

Police indicated the teen would be charged for driving at an unsafe speed.
