Property manager submits corrective action plan on water issues

Mobile home park operator Jones Estates and its affiliated company Stackhouse Management have submitted a corrective action plan to Pennsylvania’s Department of Environmental Protection to address safe drinking water violations at numerous trailer parks they own and manage in Butler County.

According to DEP spokesperson Tom Decker, the company submitted their plan on Saturday, Feb. 21, the day of the deadline for submission.

“We are currently reviewing and have no further updates at this time,” Decker said.

Jones Estates and Stackhouse’s Butler County portfolio includes Hy-Vue in Clinton Township, Rolling Valley Estates in Connoquenessing Township, Franklin Village in Franklin Township, Sandy Hill Estates in Middlesex Township and Bernie’s Mobile Home Park in Winfield Township.
