Property management company Stackhouse has less than a week to submit plan on water issues
The managers of multiple mobile home parks in Butler County, including have less than a week to submit a plan on “multiple outstanding violations” found by Pennsylvania’s Department of Environmental Protection.
According to DEP spokesperson Tom Decker, North Carolina-based property manager Stackhouse Management has until Saturday, Feb. 21, to provide a written corrective action plan to the agency on how it will resolve safe drinking water violations at numerous trailer parks in Butler County.
Stackhouse properties include Hy-Vue in Clinton Township, Rolling Valley Estates in Connoquenessing Township, Franklin Village in Franklin Township, Sandy Hill Estates in Middlesex Township and Bernie’s Mobile Home Park in Winfield Township.
The warning was issued when the two sides met on Thursday, Jan. 22.
