Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Jan. 20 — David Richard Kellar, 66, of Sarver, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 26 incident. Police said Kellar showed signs of impairment.
Jan. 14 — Eric Dominic Flynn, 39, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 4 crash. Police said Flynn had a blood alcohol content of 0.163%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Jan. 14 — Caitlyn Marie Cubbage, 27, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 2 incident. Police said Cubbage had a THC vape pen, a bag of suspected marijuana, a metal grinder and a glass smoking pipe.
Jan. 14 — Bo Brady Murray, 41, of Petrolia, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 2 incident. Police said Murray had a glass vial of methamphetamine, a Chore Boy scrubber and a plastic tube with crystal residue.
Jan. 21 — William M. Donnelly III, 56, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Nov. 2 traffic stop. Police said Donnelly had a small plastic bag of marijuana and a glass pipe.
Jan. 21 — Matthew Reade, 42, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a Jan. 1 incident. Police said Reade threw five large screws behind the wheel of a vehicle.
Jan. 15 — Michael C. Schultz Jr., 46, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, resisting arrest and trespass following a Dec. 6 incident in Butler Township. Police said Schultz showed signs of impairment, was in an area he was not supposed to be and refused orders.
Jan. 21 — Tia Rae Budmark, 28, of Karns City, was charged with making misdemeanor terroristic threats following a Jan. 20 incident in Concord Township. Police said Budmark attempted to stab a woman with a knife.
Feb. 4 — Police investigated a two-vehicle crash on Chicora Road near its intersection with Woodbine Lane in Oakland Township. Police said Gordon L. Chadwell, 71, of Butler, driving a Toyota Camry, turned into the lane of Chloe E. Fredley, 29, of Butler, driving a GMC Acadia. Chadwell was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital with possible injuries. Police said both vehicles were extensively damaged.
