A medical helicopter responded to a vehicle crash Saturday afternoon, Feb. 7, on Branchton Road near Quail Run Lane in Slippery Rock Township.

According to Butler County Emergency Services reports, one person was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital from the site of the crash, which was reported around 1:40 p.m. Saturday.

Branchton Road was closed for more than an hour at its intersection with Route 8 as crews dealt with the wreckage.
