One person died in a multi-vehicle crash near the intersection of Airport and Pittsburgh roads early Friday afternoon.

A truck and a minivan crashed around 12:50 p.m. according to Butler County Emergency Services.

Emergency crews responded to the crash, but a medical helicopter was called off 10 minutes later. The coroner was called to the scene.

Another person was reportedly transported to Butler Memorial Hospital.

No other details are available as of Friday evening.
