Margaret Yingling
Margaret E. (Boyer) Yingling, 84, of Renfrew, passed away peacefully Sunday, Aug. 31, 2025, at the Addison of Lowrie Place.
She was born in Philipsburg, Pa., on April 9, 1941, to the late Robert Sr. and Dollie (Aldstadt) Boyer.
She lived her life to the fullest despite the progressive physical challenges of Spinal Muscle Atrophy. She loved jigsaw puzzles, bugs, plants, flowers, spiders and snakes. Margaret especially delighted in watching the life cycle of monarch butterflies in her own yard.
Margaret was the beloved wife of William “Bill” Yingling, whom she married Aug. 1, 1959; the two traveled many miles by motorcycle all over the United States. She is also survived by her daughter, Marie Yingling; and her brother, Robert (Mary) Boyer.
Along with her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Stevens; her brother, John; and her daughter, Teresa “Terry” Cooper.
YINGLING — All services for Margaret E. (Boyer) Yingling, who died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2025, were held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
