Photos: McQuistion Elementary School students start off new year

Spirits were high and smiles were wide among the students of McQuistion Elementary School for their first day of Butler Area School District’s 2025-26 school year.
Around 6,000 students returned to classes across all 10 of the district’s schools.
Early Tuesday morning, parents brought their children, gave them hugs and kisses, and said their goodbyes.
They were greeted by their principal, Theresa Cherry, before heading inside to begin another year of learning.
