For Clinton Township residents who never got around to doing their spring cleaning, the township will hold a fall cleanup day from 8 to 11 a.m. on Sept. 20 at the borough municipal building on Saxonburg Boulevard.

Those who attend are free to throw out cardboard, newspapers, appliances, furniture, batteries, scrap metal and used oil for free. Residents can throw away tires for a fee. Items such as TVs, computers, other electronics and hazardous household waste will not be accepted.

This event is open to residents of Clinton Township only.
