Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

July 17 — Brandon T. Koch, 21, of Beaver, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence following a July 1 traffic stop. Police said Koch had a blood alcohol content of 0.109%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 17 — Brandon T. Koch, 21, of Beaver, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 28 traffic stop. Police said Koch had a blood alcohol content of 0.148%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Butler Twp

July 17 — Elizabeth Dubay-Hilliard, 58, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended following a July 6 crash. Police said Dubay-Hilliard was driving with a suspended license.

July 17 — Amy L. Molyneaux, 35, of Gibsonia, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a July 6 incident. Police said Molyneaux had a spoon with white residue, a small pipe, a hypodermic syringe with liquid and a small baggie of crack cocaine.

July 22 — Police said a motorist found a phone along Meridian Road at Cupps Road. Police ask the owner to call 724-285-9600 to claim it.

State police, Butler

July 16 — Joseph P. Martin, 40, of Bruin, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a July 15 incident in Bruin. Police said Martin threw a woman on the ground twice.

July 16 — Kristi L. Jameson, 41, of Chicora, was charged with felony theft following a July 15 incident in Bruin. Police said Jameson stole $6,600 in silver from a man’s safe.

July 18 — Devin R. Schrecengost, 28, of Parker, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a May 30 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Schrecengost showed signs of impairment but refused a chemical blood test.

July 21 — Christopher M. Blankenship, 40, of Chicora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and resisting arrest following a July 20 incident in Concord Township. Police said Blankenship pulled away while being handcuffed, grabbed a woman’s forearms and threw a lit cigarette at her.
