Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
May 30 — Jeffrey H. Fetters, 46, of Butler, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 6 traffic stop. Police said Fetters tested positive for THC.
May 30 — Bryan E. Hurst, 59, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor diversion of services following a May 25 incident. According to police, Hurst was illegally dumping in a township trash compactor.
May 30 — Thomas C. Bailey, 36, of Brooklyn, Ohio, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft, conspiracy, receiving stolen property and trespassing following a May 14 incident. Police said Bailey stole $433.98 in merchandise from Home Depot.
May 30 — Robert Miller, 58, of Cranberry Township, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 27 incident. Police said Miller tested positive for cannabinoids and opiates.
May 30 — Brandi P. Zediker, 28, of Butler, and Adrian Q. Nicelli, 24, of Lyndora, were charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 29 incident. Police said Zediker and Nicelli had crack cocaine and three glass smoking pipes.
May 28 — Emmalee R. McGinnis, 23, of Zelienople, was charged with five misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 22 traffic stop in Penn Township. Police said McGinnis tested positive for cocaine.
May 28 — Paul R. Casey, 53, of Valencia, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 24 traffic stop in Middlesex Township. Police said Casey had a blood alcohol content of 0.112%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
May 28 — Stone F. McDermott, 31, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 5 crash in Jefferson Township. Police said McDermott tested positive for THC.
May 28 — Carly J. Kramer, 40, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 24 traffic stop in Jefferson Township. Police said Kramer had blood alcohol contents of 0.152% and 0.146%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
May 29 — Christine Wolfe, 49, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 16 traffic stop in Adams Township. Police said Wolfe had a blood alcohol content of 0.13%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
