Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
May 19 — Yvonne C. Jackson, 20, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a May 16 incident. Police said Jackson was screaming threats at occupants inside a vehicle.
May 19 — James F. Polczynski, 74, of Sarver, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol following an April 24 crash. Police said Polczynski had a blood alcohol content of 0.135%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
May 21 — Daniel L. Pridemore, 47, of Mercer, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing following an April 11 incident. Police said Pridemore was found in a home where he was not allowed.
May 21 — Ashlyn M. Vlassich, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 21 incident. Police said Vlassich was found with a glass pipe in her pocket.
May 21 — Charles C. Stiffy Jr., 72, of Clarion, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks following a Jan. 25 incident. Police said Stiffy attempted to use a check for an account with insufficient funds.
May 21 — Madeline R. Beattie, 24, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of false identification to law enforcement and trespassing following a May 11 incident. Police said Beattie refused to leave after being told to and falsely identified herself.
May 23 — Tilda C. Gentle, 21, of Bronxville, N.Y., was charged with felony retail theft and one misdemeanor count each of receiving stolen property and possession a crime instrument following a May 14 incident. Police said she stole $221.96 in merchandise from Target and scanned a barcode for a less-expensive item in place of the actual item.
May 21 — Steven R. Brown, 57, of Fenelton, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 11 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Brown had a bag of suspected crack cocaine and a glass smoking device.
