Joshua Andrew Konyak, 32, of Harmony, died unexpectedly Saturday, May 10, 2025.

He was born July 21, 1992, in Ellwood City, to Eric and Kate Konyak of Zelienople.

He graduated from Seneca Valley High School in 2011. Josh’s love of family and fun knew no bounds. He enjoyed family vacations to Myrtle Beach, S.C., laughter and beers around the campfire at Mayburg, and being a fun uncle to his nephews and niece. He attended St. Peter’s Reformed Church and enjoyed the fellowship with the men’s ministry there. He was a talented artist and avid gamer who loved streaming and connecting with friends around the world. His big heart and loving soul will be missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Helen and Andrew Konyak and Ruth and Jack Steckman of Ellwood City; grandparents, Wayne and Bea Hofer of Zelienople; his grandfather, Fred Konyak of Ellwood City; and uncle, Mark Konyak of Fombell.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving and caring sister, Rachel (Carter) Strosnider; his nephews and niece, Marcus, Eric and Isla of Zelienople; and his grandmother, Patty Konyak of Ellwood City; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

KONYAK — Services for Joshua Andrew Konyak, who died Saturday, May 10, 2025, will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 15, at St. Peter’s Reformed Church, 320 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to NAMI Butler (National Alliance for Mental Illness), P.O. Box 1943, Butler, PA 16003, or to Butler County Center for Community Resources, ATTN: CRISIS, 115 E. North St., Butler, PA 16001.

Arrangements were entrusted to BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
