Richard P. “Rich” Osborne, 85, of West Sunbury, passed away peacefully the evening of Thursday, Feb. 13, 2025, at his home.

A memorial service in his honor will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 18, at Springdale Lutheran Church, 1061 Mahood Road, West Sunbury, with Pastor Dennis Protzman officiating.

The Young family of William F. Young Funeral Home, West Sunbury, has assisted the family with arrangements.
