James Richard Seibel, 77, passed away Friday, March 28, 2025.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 19, at Fairmount Presbyterian Church, 2535 Fairmount Church Road, Sewickley, followed by full military honors.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
