Cleveland-Cliffs reports first quarter earnings
Steel producer Cleveland-Cliffs announced its first quarter 2025 consolidated revenues earnings for the period that ended March 31.
Cliffs’ revenues were $4.6 billion in the first quarter of 2025, compared to $4.3 billion in the fourth quarter of 2024.
For the first quarter of 2025, Cliffs recorded a generally accepted accounting principles net loss of $483 million, which indicates that the company’s total expenses exceed its total revenues for the quarter.
Cliffs operates facilities around the U.S., including the Butler Works in Butler Township.
