Chad Blum, 43, of Butler, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025.

He was born in Butler on Nov. 19, 1981, to Catherine (Baumgart) Kohlmeyer.

Chad was very skilled in tile, granite and laying flooring. He was a “jack-of-all-trades” and loved four-wheelers, dirt bikes and drinking Budweiser.

He was the brother of Barry and Devin (Julie) Blum; loving uncle of Alyssa, Isacc, Ivan, Jocelyn, Avalina, Devin Jr., Kadance, Dalton, Kayleigh and Cyrus.

Chad was preceded in death by his grandparents, Conrad and Marjorie Blum and Norbert and Elizabeth Baumgart; his stepfather, Greg Kohlmeyer; and his stillborn son, Gaven Blum.
