St. Peter’s Church to hold special remembrance Mass for Pope Francis

St. Peter’s Church on Franklin Street in Butler, part of the All Saints Parish, will host a special Mass of Remembrance at 6:30 p.m. on Friday night, April 25, in honor of Pope Francis. Francis died on the morning of Easter Monday, April 21.
“It is only appropriate to remember Pope Francis at St. Peter Church, named for the first pope,” the parish wrote in a news release.
The Mass of Remembrance is being held in addition to the two regular Friday masses scheduled for 8 a.m. and 12:05 p.m.
