Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

May 5 — Kevin M. Thompson, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he struck someone.

May 3 — Alexis K. Smart, of Butler, was charged with felony child endangerment. Police said she left three children unattended and was suspected of being under the influence.

Butler County Detectives

May 3 — Dalton A. Best, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with a Suboxone strip.

Butler Twp

May 1 — Juliane M. Barber, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Walmart with $598 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

April 30 — Beverly L. Dickison, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanors child endangerment and simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she struck someone in the face.

Cranberry Twp

May 9 — Erika M. Tedder, 31, of Wexford, was charged with misdemeanors resisting arrest and open lewdness and summary public drunkenness. Police said she urinated in a parking lot and would not comply with officers orders.

May 6 — Sashae S. Ford, 34, of Sharpsville, was charged with felony receiving stolen property. Police said she was driving a vehicle that was reported stolen.

May 1 — Shane H. Suehr, 27, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and accidents involving property damage after crashing his vehicle March 9 on Red Hawk Drive. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.238%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jackson Twp

May 1 — Zachary R. Fisher, 31, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and accidents involving property damage after police said he crashed his vehicle on Route 19. Police said a field sobriety test showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.22%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

April 30 — Kimberly Marion, 62, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her March 11 on Route 19. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.

Middlesex Twp

May 2 — Dennis P. Price, 69, of Valencia, was charged with two counts of felony drug sales and three counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with suspected cocaine and fentanyl, six cellphones and several firearms.

State police, Butler

May 6 — William L. Horne, 42, of Lyndora, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of drug possession. Police said he was found with suspected heroin and THC cartridges.

May 3 — William L. Wise, 57, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he shot someone in the head with a pellet gun.

May 1 — Matthew N. Ford, 37, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony possession of a prohibited firearm and misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he struck someone in the head and was found with a firearm he was not allowed to possess.

May 1 — Laura R. Burns, 41, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with suspected cocaine, Suboxone and hypodermic needles.

May 1 — Austin R. Coburn, 26, of Evans City, was charged with felony drug sales and misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he sold suspected methamphetamine to a confidential informant.

State police, Kittanning

May 1 — Trimayne K. Franklin, 37, of Saxonburg, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with a small amount of marijuana.
