Butler man causes disturbance with BB gun
Butler police responded on Sunday morning, May 5, to reports of a man pointing a rifle out of a seventh-floor window at the Terrace Apartments on South Cliff Street in Butler.
The individual was identified as 71-year-old Danny Steffy of Butler. Police determined he had been shooting a B.B. gun out of an apartment window before they arrived on the scene.
There were no injuries in the incident. However, charges are pending on Steffy.
