Police reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Jan. 28 — Michael A. Giorgio, 56, of Tillsbury, Vt., was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Cross Creek Drive. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.296%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Jan. 29 — Michele R. Corbett, 46, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she struck someone in the face.
Jan. 26 — Dwight E. Ravenscraft Jr., 22, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Jan. 12 on Franklin Street, Slippery Rock. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.142%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Jan. 26 — Ivan Aponte, 57, of Butler, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Sportsman’s Supply in Summit Township.
Jan. 26 — Jordan X. Hilliard, 38, was charged with misdemeanor unauthorized use of motor vehicles. Police said he operated a vehicle that was not his and failed to return it.
Jan. 26 — Gerry P. Foster, 65, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanors harassment and trespassing in two separate cases. Police said he went to two different properties were he was told not to return.
Jan. 26 — Jesse J. Clokey, 38, of Grove City, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him April 1, 2023, on Interstate 79 in Worth Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.172%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Jan. 26 — Collin A. Cline, 18, of Apollo, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle Dec. 3, 2023, on Route 422 in Franklin Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.133%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Jan. 23 — Paul R. Altmyer, 37, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks. Police said he wrote a check with insufficient funds.
Jan. 23 — Braden D. Barclay, 23, of Verona, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks. Police said he wrote a check with insufficient funds.
