WINFIELD TWP — A garbage disposal truck belonging to Vogel Disposal Service overturned on Friday, Feb. 2, on Bear Creek Road near Ambrose Farm Market.

According to Winfield Township Supervisor Matthew Klabnik, who stopped by to observe, state troopers, as well as crews from the state Department of Transportation, responded to the incident.

A tow truck cleared the overturned vehicle just before 1 p.m. and reopened the road.

It is unknown how the truck overturned or whether anyone was injured in the incident.

State police are expected to issue a press release on the incident later.
