Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Jan. 5 — Stephanie M. O’Malley, 28, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police said they stopped her on Dori Drive. Police said she showed signs of impairment, and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.081%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%. Police said they also found 56 Xanax tablets in her possession.

Butler City

Jan. 11 — Brittany L. Souders, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said she struck someone in the head multiple times.

Butler County Detectives

Dec. 22 — Pernell R. Thompson, 37, of Butler, was charged with two counts of felony contraband. Police said he was found with marijuana while in Butler County Prison.

Butler Twp

Jan. 11 — Dylan J. Nicholson, 20, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanors theft, conspiracy and corruption of minors. Police said he left Walmart with $173 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Jan. 10 — Dillon J. Monks, 29, of Franklin, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. Police said he left someone’s apartment in disarray and broke a laptop.

Cranberry Twp

Jan. 10 — Brendan E. Curtis, 27, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he struck someone in the arm.

Jan. 10 — Christopher A. Greene, 41, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he held someone down and struck them in the face.

Jan. 8 — Darin J. Lokomski, 32, of Monaca, was charged with felony access device fraud. Police said he made 100 unauthorized transactions on an employer’s expense card.

Harrisville Police

Jan. 11 — Allen R. Mills, 59, of Oil City, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Gun World.

State police, Butler

Jan. 17 — James A. Bucko, 59, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle Dec. 7, 2023, on North Pike Road, Jefferson Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.122%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 11 — Jason C. Kropko, 54, of Renfrew, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Nov. 24 on Eckstein Road, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.237%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 11 — Miranda J. Krampert, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment Police said she struck someone in the face.

Jan. 11 — Justin L. Gerwick, 32, of Indiana, Pa., was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Route 422, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.118%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 10 — Jason P. Geibel, 35, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanors theft and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found in possession of Xanax that was not prescribed to him and suspected crack cocaine.

Jan. 10 — Carley M. Cahall, 44, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Police said she caused a disturbance at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Jan. 10 — Madelaine S. Cristillo, 22, of Butler, was charged with two felony counts of theft. Police said she left Boscov’s with $1,504 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
