Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler City

Dec. 10 — Joseph H. Heidkamp, 22, of Evans City, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he grabbed someone around the neck.

Butler Twp

Dec. 12 — David J. Lewis, 34, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Nov. 12 on New Castle Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of fentanyl in his system.

Dec. 12 — Thomas G. Eiler, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left the Grapevine Center with a laptop that was not his.

Dec. 12 — Thomas G. Eiler, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he hit someone with a trailer hitch receiver.

Dec. 12 — Marcus B. Hetrick, 39, of Worthington, was charged with misdemeanors theft and drug possession. Police said he took Adderall from someone’s vehicle.

Cranberry Twp

Dec. 13 — Leigh A. Richwalls, 47, of Valencia, was charged with felony and misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Walmart with $627 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Dec. 11 — Sonny R. Crame, 47, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony theft and misdemeanor corruption of minors. Police said he left Walmart with $1,194 in merchandise without paying for it while accompanied by juveniles.

Dec. 9 — Gabriela Miclescu, 27, and Simona Alexandru, 32, both of Baltimore, Md., were charged with misdemeanors theft and conspiracy. Police said they left O’Reilly Auto Parts with $951 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Jackson Twp

Dec. 8 — Jerwin L. Culmer, 40, of McKeesport, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Whitney Drive. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Slippery Rock

Dec. 12 — Terry W. Allison, 69, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and accidents involving property damage after crashing into metal barriers at Sheetz. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.186%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

Dec. 12 — Lynnea M. Bailey, 47, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Dec. 4 on Watters Station Road, Forward Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.

Dec. 12 — Anthony L. Maher, 34, of Eau Claire, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with a jar of suspected marijuana.

Dec. 8 — Destiny D. Goodin, 24, of Beetree, Ill., was charged with felony contraband, misdemeanors DUI, false identification to an officer and drug possession after police stopped her on North Chestnut Street, Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and she was found in possession of suspected crack cocaine and a crack pipe.
