Choir invites public to concerts
Those who love music and helping their neighbors in need are invited to attend one of five December performances by A Circle of Friends Vocal & Bell Choir.
No registration is necessary, and there is no admission fee but donations will be requested.
The organization slated to benefit from each concert’s donations will present a brief description of how the proceeds will be used.
The choir performances will he held:
√ At 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Temple, 2771 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township. Donations collected at the concert will benefit the Southwest Butler County Food Cupboard.
√ At 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, at Glen Eden Event Center, 231 Dufford Road, Evans City. Donations will benefit A.J.’s Stop 22, a suicide prevention organization.
√ At 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, at Glen Eden Event Center. Donations will benefit the Evans City Public Library.
√ At 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, at Glen Eden Event Center. Donations will benefit costs incurred by the all-volunteer A Circle of Friends Vocal & Bell Choir.
√ At 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at St. Peter’s Reformed Church, 320 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Donations will benefit ALS research and support.
