Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Oct. 24 — Jacob W. Warner, 24, of Seven Fields, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police said he crashed his vehicle Aug. 21 on Adams Ridge Boulevard. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol level at 0.042% with traces of cocaine, THC, and benzodiazepine. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 20 — Kelsey M. Milliron, 30, of Sarver, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Oct. 13 on Pittsburgh Street. Police said she showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.150%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 17 — Joseph W. Boyd, 42, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor obstructing justice. Police said he hid from officers and did not comply with orders.

Cranberry Twp

Oct. 18 — Michael A. Myers, 43, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats and harassment. Police said he threatened to kill someone.

Jackson Twp

Oct. 26 — Kelsey N. Lees, 32, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after she crashed her vehicle Sept. 3 on Lindsay Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a stamp bag of suspected heroin was found in her possession.

State police, Butler

Oct. 19 — Brandyn L. Gutauskas, 30, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor theft from a motor vehicle and several traffic citations. Police said he took winning lottery tickets from a vehicle that was not his and fled the scene on a motorcycle without the proper registration and license.

Oct. 19 — Curtis L. Jones, 45, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him July 8 on Staff Road, Brady Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.182%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 19 — Celeste R. Main, 44, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia and summary disorderly conduct. Police said she was found with multiple glass smoking pipes.

Oct. 19 — Cory E. Claypoole, 32, of Hilliards, was charged with six counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his motorcycle Sept. 26 on West Slippery Rock Road, Chicora. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.199% with traces of THC. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 18 — Larry J. White, 49, of Chicora, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Rural King in Center Township.
