James Andrews

James Paul Andrews, known to his loved ones as “Jim,” passed away on Thursday, Oct. 5, 2023, at the age of 36, in Butler.

Jim was a kind and thoughtful man who would always lend a helping hand to anyone in need, especially the elderly. He had a compassionate nature and was known for his willingness to assist others.

Jim is survived by his father, James Andrews of New Castle. Jim’s mother, Sue Simoneau, passed away in 2020. Also, Jim has many loving aunts and uncles, cousins, and his nephew, Cody Shook, and niece, Kiely Shook, who loved him! Most of all Jim had a wonderful sister, Amanda Shook, who took care of Jim all of his life. Jim’s passing will leave a huge hole in his sister’s life.

In memory of Jim, contributions can be made to the Victory Group, c/o Victory Family Church, 21150 Route 19, Cranberry Township, PA 16066. This organization held a special place in Jim's heart, as it aligns with his passion for helping others.

Jim’s departure has left a void in the lives of those who knew and loved him, but his memory will forever live on in their hearts. May he now rest in peace.
