Evelyn U. “Pat” Graham, 91, of Butler, passed away Monday, Oct. 2, 2023, at Newhaven Court.

She was born Sept. 2, 1932, in Butler, the daughter of the late Cyril Gallagher and Ursula (Mackrell) Connors.

Pat was a lifelong resident of Saint Joe Road. She was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church. She had a “beautiful smile.” When family visited, she made a “circle of love” to sit around. She enjoyed traveling, quilting and sewing.

Pat was married on Sept. 16, 1948, at Mater Dolorosa Church in Chicora to the love of her life, Chuck. Loving their family was of the utmost importance to them.

They raised six children, Keith (Sue) Graham of Butler, Debbie Wimer of Grove City, Betty (Shane) Hohn of Butler, Kenneth “Sam” (Rose) Graham of Butler, Linda (Larry) Clouse of Butler and Chuck (Tina) Graham of Greensboro, N.C.; 12 grandchildren, Todd Graham, Carrie Anderson, Shane and Patrick Hohn, Chad Graham, Ashton Early, Zac, Travis, Paige and Jenna Clouse, Abby Graham and Allyson Hopkins; and 13 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Charles D. “Chuck” Graham, who passed away on May 13, 2012.

We would like to thank the staff at Newhaven Court where Pat had lived for the past eight years and the VNA Hospice for their loving care.

GRAHAM — A Mass of Christian burial for Evelyn U. “Pat” Graham, who died Monday, Oct. 2, 2023, will be held 11:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Clare of Assisi Parish, St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church, 210 Saint Wendelin Road, Butler, with the Rev. Matthew McClain officiating.

Private interment will be in the St. Joseph's Church Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.
