Howard Graham
Howard L. Graham, 82, of Butler, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2023.
Born June 24, 1941, in Butler, he was the son of the late Howard T. Graham and Pearl M. (Delaney) Graham.
Howard graduated from Butler Area High School and was employed at Armco Butler Works for 30 years, mainly at Plant Two. Following his retirement, he enjoyed working part time in the pro shop at Conley’s Resort, where he was active in fundraising events for Hunter’s Hope Foundation for children with leukodystrophies.
Howard was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Butler, the BPO Elks Lodge 170, the Butler Masonic Lodge No. 272, the Sons of the American Legion Post 117 and the Bon Aire Car Club.
He is survived by his wife of over 60 years, Gladys (Holmes) Graham; two daughters, Sherry (Steve) Collins, of Adams Township, and Michelle (Rick) Gladd, of Butler; five grandchildren, Ryan Collins, of Streetsboro, Ohio, Shawn (Natalie) Vincent, of Gibsonia, Erika (Matt) Davis, of Valencia, Kristi Collins and her fiancé Brad Baughman, of Wexford, and Rick Gladd Jr. and his fiancé Jill Kelly, of Gibsonia; four great-grandsons, Lucas Vincent, Jacob Vincent, Graham Davis and Brady Davis; and two sisters-in-law, Betty Cumberland, of Connoquenessing Township and Debra (Joseph) Simco, of Slippery Rock. He is also survived by two aunts, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
GRAHAM — Funeral services for Howard L. Graham, who died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2023, will be private in honor of his wishes. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
