MIDDLESEX TWP — Two cars were totaled Thursday, Sept. 7, after a three-vehicle crash along Route 8, according to police.

“Two cars stopped for a school bus, the last one didn’t,” said Officer Christian Renaud of the Middlesex Township Police Department.

A call came in around 3:21 p.m. for a motor vehicle accident near 854 Pittsburgh Road.

No injuries resulted from the incident, but northbound traffic was temporarily restricted to one lane as crews worked to tow the three vehicles.

The Middlesex Township Volunteer Fire Company also responded.
