Arlie Campbell Staab, 73, of Inverness, Fla., passed away Friday, Aug. 18, 2023, in Citrus Memorial Hospital.

Arlie was born in Butler, on Aug. 5, 1950, to the late Neil and Helen (Borell) Campbell and moved to Florida in 1988 from there. Arlie graduated from Butler County Community College and received her bachelor of arts degree from St. Joseph's College of Maine.

She was a retired registered nurse, having been employed at Butler Veterans Hospital, and later retiring from the VA hospital in Gainesville, Fla. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Floral City, Fla., and enjoyed quilting, sewing and making rugs.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 35 years, Robert W. Staab. They were married on Sept. 4, 1987.

STAAB — There will be a celebration of life for Arlie Campbell Staab, who died Friday, Aug. 18, 2023, at First Baptist Church of Floral City, with Pastor Mike Sellers officiating. The date and time will be announced later. Arlie's urn will be placed in the columbarium at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Inverness, Fla.

Cremation was entrusted to CHAS. E. DAVIS FUNERAL HOME WITH CREMATORY, Inverness, Fla.
