Working at Newhaven Court a family affair
When Krystle Pry, executive operations officer at New Haven Court at Clearview, says her team is a family, she means it.
Pry noted recently that three sets of sisters, three mother-daughter combinations and a husband and wife work at the Center Township senior living community.
Stephanie Balik, resident wellness coordinator, works with her daughters, Madison and Summer Balik, who are resident wellness associates.
Maricris Cooper, medication associate, shares the employer with her daughters, Colleen Dixon, a resident wellness associate, and Samantha Cooper, who works in food service at Clearview.
Sisters Kiera and Madisyn Muisiner are resident wellness associates; and married couple Tim Palmer, safety and maintenance engineer, and Amanda Palmer, a hospitality executive associate, also are part of the Clearview family.
Heather Allison, life stages director, and her daughter, Emma McAnallen, of the dining team, both are employed by New Haven Court at Clearview.
Pry appreciates the time she spends sharing her work experiences with her sister, Marissa Pry.
“I am grateful to have the opportunity to see her not only succeed in her position, but have the same opportunities for growth as I have had at Clearview,” Krystle Pry said.
