McKeever

Pat McKeever, of Nokomis, Fla. passed away in the presence of family on Thursday, July 24, 2023.

He was one of six children, born in Evans City, to Alice (Lucas) and Joseph Floyd McKeever. He was a graduate of Evans City High School and Duquesne University.

He married the love of his life, Sylvia (Silvester), in 1958, and they enjoyed 65 wonderful years together. Pat worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for more than three decades.

Pat is survived by his wife, Sylvia; children, Susan Brewster, of Braintree, Mass., William McKeever (Jany), of Sarasota, Fla., Julie Gallagher (Joe), of Armonk, N.Y. and Dan McKeever (Paula), of Attleboro, Mass.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Osprey, Fla. on Aug. 12.
