Jacob Vandevort-Renforth

Vandevort-Renforth

Jacob Urias “Hippy” Vandevort-Renforth, 34, of Renfrew, walked his way to Paradise Wednesday, July 19, 2023.

He was born in Butler to the late Robert and Donna (Renforth) Vandevort on May 2, 1989. He was the proud brother of his “SissyElle” Gabrielle (Jerad) Soose; and brother of Alex Latulola. He was the father of Dimitri James, who was his “Sonshine”; and the greatest “Uncle Buddy” to Jerad “Little Buddy” (who named him “Uncle Buddy”), Noah, Jayden and Kaylen. He was the sweet husband of Chelsea Marburger Renforth; and special person to her daughter, Carlee. He is survived by an aunt; numerous cousins; and his friend, Jay.

He was met at Heaven's gates by his parents, aunts and uncles.

If you knew Jake, music was a major part of his world, and with that we leave him with “Lay down my dear brother, lay down and take your rest, oh won't you lay your head upon your savior’s breast. We love you oh, but Jesus loves you the best. And we bid you good-night, good-night, good-night.”

VANDEVORT-RENFORTH — Arrangements for Jacob Urias “Hippy” Vandevort-Renforth, who died Wednesday, July 19, 2023, are through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler. There will be a celebration of life at Dimitri's request, which will be announced at a later time.
