The North Country Trail Association will host a Red, White and Blue Hike at 9:30 a.m. July 1.

Participants are invited to wear patriotic colors and will be given a small American flag for this 5-mile trek. The hike will run from Glade Dam Trailhead to Branchton Road and back, and it is considered moderate to difficult terrain.

Attendees will meet at the trailhead — Glade Dam, West Sunbury — and are reminded to dress for the weather, wear hiking boots or sturdy shoes, and take water and snacks.

Registration can be completed by sending the name of the hike, the names of attendees, a phone number and an email address to but@northcountrytrail.org.
