My sincere gratitude is offered to the Butler County Sportsmen for Youth in full appreciation of the 2023 Butler County Youth Field Day. For the first time this past weekend, my oldest son was able to participate in the day’s activities; and, we thoroughly enjoyed our time together.

This event promotes the values and time-honored traditions that so many of us, as Butler Countians, have cherished for generations. Moreover, the target sports and hunting and fishing skills teach our children personal responsibility and accountability —the self-discipline that is most needed in our culture today.

To the numerous law enforcement agencies, first responders, sportsmen, and countless volunteers that gave of their time and talents to make this event such a great success, you have my deepest thanks!
