Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Thursday, April 27, by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Timothy McCune.

Anthony John Bayle, 22, of Harmony, was sentenced to serve three consecutive terms of 60 months of probation and to comply with conditions of the county probation office’s sexual offender program after pleading guilty to three misdemeanor charges of corruption of minors filed by state police following a March 2020 incident.

Julian Anthony Bindernagel, 28, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and pay fines totaling $125 after a jury found him guilty of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and simple assault charges filed by Butler city police following a Nov. 14, 2019, incident. The jury found him not guilty of aggravated assault, simple assault and ethnic intimidation during his March 14 trial.

Caitlin Danielle Davidson, 24, of Butler, was sentenced to 18 months of probation and to have no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to charges of terroristic threats and simple assault filed by Butler Township police following a Sept. 17, 2020, incident. In a separate case, Davidson was sentenced to consecutively serve six months of probation, including 15 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine and complete a victim impact panel and litter pickup after pleading to a charge of DUI filed by state police following a Sept. 26, 2020, incident.

Thomas R. Huffman Jr., 50, of Cranberry Township, was sentenced to 36 months of probation, including six months of house arrest, after pleading guilty to charges of terroristic threats and simple assault filed by Cranberry Township police following a July 30, 2022, incident.

Shawn Matthew Myers, 47, of Chicora, was sentenced to nine months to 23 months and 15 days in the county prison after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of simple assault and strangulation filed by state police following a Nov. 16, 2020, incident.

Joseph Karl Dykes Jr., 38, of Vandergrift, Westmoreland County, was sentenced to 12 months to 24 months in state prison after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of simple assault and strangulation filed by state police following an Aug. 2, 2020, incident.

Clinton Anthony Bonetti Jr., 23, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 30 months of probation, including 105 days of house arrest, pay $550 in fines and complete 40 hours of community service, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to his second driving under the influence offense and a charge of fleeing from police filed by Butler Township police following an Oct. 2, 2021, incident.

Daniel Sanford Moore, 46, of Steubenville, Ohio, was sentenced to up to 23 months and 15 days in the county prison and ordered to pay $1,459 in restitution to Lowe’s in Cranberry Township after pleading guilty to felony charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft filed by Cranberry Township police following an April 7, 2016, incident.

Tyler Richardson, 18, of Wilkinsburg, Allegheny County, was sentenced to six months to 23 months and 15 days in the county prison, but immediately was paroled to serve 24 months of probation, after pleading guilty to a felony charge of escape filed by state police following a Jan. 8, 2023, incident.

Kent Edward Facemire, 43, of Cabot, was sentenced to 18 months of probation, including 30 days of house arrest, after pleading guilty to a charge of resisting arrest filed by state police following a May 8, 2022, incident.

Denise Ann Derucki, 46, of Steubenville, Ohio, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation, complete 30 hours of community service and pay $54.41 in restitution to Sprankle’s Neighborhood Market after pleading guilty to a charge of theft filed by Saxonburg police following a Feb. 24, 2022, incident.

Jeffrey Dean Gill, 60, of Butler, was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the county prison and to complete 40 hours of community service, a victim impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by Penn Township police following a Dec. 17, 2022, incident.

Helen Marie Koon, 39, of Butler, was sentenced to pay fines totaling $350 after pleading guilty to charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Butler Township police following a June 27, 2020, incident.

Kasaunte Osiru Woodruff, 20, of Erie, was sentenced to 36 months of probation and to pay fines totaling $1,200 after pleading guilty to charges of flight to avoid apprehension, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license filed by state police following a June 14, 2022, incident.

Charles C. Meinsler, 39, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay $2,093 in restitution to Home Depot after pleading guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit retail theft filed by Cranberry Township police following a March 23, 2022, incident.

Matthew Scott Fitzpatrick, 50, of Evans City, was sentenced to serve up to 12 months in the county prison followed by 12 months of probation, pay a $300 fine and complete 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of strangulation and simple assault filed by Butler Township police following an Aug. 24, 2022, incident.

Lashae Katrice King, 31, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 30 months of probation, including six months of house arrest, and pay $445 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit access device fraud filed by Jackson Township police following a Jan. 12, 2022, incident.

Rodger Edward Shelatree Jr., 33, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 72 months of probation, including 15 months of house arrest, pay fines totaling $6,000 and complete 80 hours of community service, a victim impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to his second and third DUI offenses. State police filed the second DUI charge following an April 4, 2022, incident, and Butler city police filed the third DUI charge following a May 1, 2022, incident.

Michael Shawn Mountain, 56, of Butler, was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in prison after pleading guilty to charges of strangulation and intimidation of a witness or victim, but immediately was paroled. Butler city police filed the charges following an April 20, 2022, incident.

Arthur A. Pillart, 42, of Butler, was fined $175 after pleading guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an uninspected vehicle filed by state police following a Dec. 14, 2020, incident.

Paul D. Hancheck Jr., 35, of Butler, was sentenced to 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct filed by Middlesex Township police following a Sept. 26, 2021, incident.

Shawn Christian Ferrer, 47, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 105 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $2,525 and complete a victim impact panel, 40 hours of community service and litter pickup after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense and careless driving filed by state police following an Aug. 4, 2022, incident.

James Richard Starr Jr., 38, of Valencia, was sentenced to serve 72 months of probation, including 12 months of house arrest, pay $3,500 in fines and complete 40 hours of community service, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to his first and third DUI offenses. The first offense was filed by Middlesex Township police following a Jan. 1, 2021, incident, and Adams Township police filed the third offense following an Oct. 13, 2021, incident.

Shelly Marie Roman, 48, of Slippery Rock, was sentenced to 12 months of probation and to pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Slippery Rock police following an April 25, 2022, incident.

Stacy Renee Byers, 33, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation, complete 25 hours of community service and pay a $200 fine after pleading guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license filed by Butler city police following a June 18, 2022, incident and possession of a controlled substance filed by city police on June 12, 2022.

Amy Marie Schiebel, 44, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 114 days of house arrest, pay $2,600 in fines and complete 40 hours of community service, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to her first and second DUI offenses and possession of drug paraphernalia. Butler Township police filed the first DUI charge following a March 9, 2022, incident and the second DUI charge following a June 22, 2022, incident. State police filed the paraphernalia charge following an April 28, 2022, incident.
