Sentence Court

The following defendants were sentenced Thursday, March 30 by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Kelley Streib.

Ralph Allen Dawson, 44, of Saxonburg, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of corruption of minors filed by state police following a Dec. 18, 2021, incident in which he inappropriately touched a 14-year-old girl.

Tyrone Kamil Johnson, 41, of Philadelphia, was sentenced to serve nine months to 23 months and 15 days in prison and pay $6,508 in restitution to Best Buy after pleading guilty to felony charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft filed by Cranberry Township police following a June 29, 2022, incident. He already has paid $4,000 of the restitution.

Keiheen Trowery, 37, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 43 days to six months in prison and pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by Butler City police following an April 23, 2021, incident. He was given credit for having served 43 days in prison.

Frederick Delmonte, 68, of Mars, was sentenced to serve 30 months of probation, including 60 days of house arrest, and pay $17 in restitution after pleading guilty to a felony charge of criminal trespass filed by Adams Township police following a Sept. 7, 2021, incident.

Jeremy Michael Streckeisen, 22, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison concurrently with six months of probation, pay a $1,000 fine and complete 40 hours of community service and a victim-impact panel after pleading guilty to charges of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police following a March 4, 2020, incident.

Richard Michael Nolan, 32, of West Sunbury, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 14 days of house arrest, pay a $1,025 fine and complete 40 hours of community service and a victim-impact panel after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and careless driving filed by state police following a May 15, 2021, incident.

Darwin Shawn Paschal, 26 of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 42 days of house arrest, pay a $750 fine and complete 40 hours of community service and a victim-impact panel after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense filed by Cranberry Township police following a Sept. 4, 2022, incident.

Lanaya A. Barnes, 23, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to two counts of simple assault filed by Butler Township police following a March 11, 2022, incident.

Charles Edward Feitl, 57, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 10 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine and complete litter pickup and a victim-impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following a May 22, 2022, incident.

Markus Jacob Ray Lavan, 32, of Chicora, was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of statement under penalty filed by filed by state police following a Jan. 21, 2021, incident.

Tevin Devonte Mitchell, 29, of Wilkinsburg, Allegheny County, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in prison, pay $1,200 in fines and complete 40 hours of community service and a victim-impact panel after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license filed by state police following a Feb. 11, 2022, incident.
